The Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee will want some very specific information in a very specific format, failure to provide it will result on dismissal of your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing. Retaining an attorney knowledgeable of local rules and procedure will greatly increase your success rate in getting your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy approved.
